An elegant wedding in the Yvelines
After 3 years, I am finally back for a wedding at the Domaine de la Butte Ronde in the Yvelines.
Not far from Paris, the Domaine de la Butte Ronde offers you a perfect bubble of tranquility to celebrate weddings.
Coralie and Zachari have chosen to organize their wedding there. In my last article, I told you about their séance photo d’engagement au Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil. Well, 3 weeks later we were back in the Yvelines, this time surrounded by their loved ones.
After several postponements due to the health situation, they chose the date of Thursday, July 1 to celebrate their wedding without the restrictions of the curfew.

The wedding day in the Yvelines
When I arrived at the venue, it was even more beautiful than I remembered. An idyllic setting perfect for an elegant wedding!
As usual, I covered the preparations of both bride and groom. Each surrounded by their bridesmaids and groomsmen, the atmosphere was great!
Afterwards, we headed to a small island in the heart of the pond to celebrate the secular ceremony. The spot was perfect.
A gospel group was present and animated the whole ceremony. The emotions were at their peak.
The bride and groom told me that they had not prepared any speech, that they wanted to improvise. Result: it was beautiful and sincere! On top of that, they managed to make everyone cry!
At the end of the ceremony, the rain came. Fortunately it was cocktail hour and we were able to shelter in the Domain.
The rain quickly gave way to beautiful rays of sunshine that allowed us to do a couple photo session.
Returning to the cocktail party, the bride did not throw her bouquet, but played the ribbon game with the guests. All this under a beautiful sunset.
Remember, I explained the principle of the ribbon game for the mariage de Marine et Basile au Domaine de Malassise. Ribbons, scissors, a blindfolded bride, and chance, that’s all! And as they say, the last one tied to the ribbon will be the next to get married!
The evening then followed its course. And, if you know African weddings, you know for a fact that they dance… a lot!
Coralie and Zachari’s wedding was a great moment. I would even say that for one day, we all escaped in a charming bubble, a magical and fairy universe. Just goes to show that the Paris region has many unsuspected treasures!
